Customer Service Representative

- Post remittance information to appropriate accounts
- Prepare bank deposits from remittances on a daily basis
- Receive and process credit card payments
- Post to AR accounts
- Answer client enquiries regarding invoices or other billing related questions; send information to clients as requested
- Answer client enquiries regarding service issues; schedule appointments
- Follow up/pursue delinquent accounts/collections
- Perform functions related to maintaining customer files and records
- Print and prepare work orders for service technicians
- Coordinate customer information in regards to customer installation
- Assist ‘walk-in’ customer as needed
- Collaborate with other office staff to complete daily clerical duties
- Confirm appointments with customers
- Operate standard office equipment to include:
- Computer/printer
- Photocopy/fax machine
- Calculator
- Postage machine
- Facsimile machine
- Multiline telephone
